Accommodations:

DORA ROSE was professionally built over a four-year period and launched to be a comfortable, safe blue-water cruising yacht. She has a cherry wood interior and the joinery is well done. Starting forward, the chain lockers are followed by large V-berths with filler to convert into one large sleeping area. There is drawer and locker storage for those long trips, and a hatch with screen overhead for good ventilation. The head and shower is next aft with Formica bulkhead and teak trim. The manual head has holding tank and overboard pump. The salon has starboard settee and dinette with storage above and behind. The dinning table has built-in storage space. The port side of the salon has two comfortable helm type chairs with pedestal table in between, a great place to eat or to catch up on your letter writing or operate a computer. The galley is next aft as a portion of the salon, offering large amounts of storage space for the ambitious cook. Up a step into the pilothouse is the helm area with good visibility all around. The navigation station is to port and a settee is to starboard. The helmsman need never be alone when at the helm of the DORA ROSE. The electrical circuit breaker panel is at the navigation station. Just up the companionway ladder is the aft cockpit with full enclosure and hard dodger.
